Shifting Holiday Stress

Dear Friend of Stress Shifter,

Welcome to our Stress Shifter December Newsletter. This month the newsletter is on facing and shifting holiday stressors.   First of all, I want to wish everyone a Happy Holiday season.   In the U.S we just celebrated Thanksgiving, which is meant to be a time to acknowledge what we are grateful for.   We are grateful for your interest in Stress Shifter and improving your well-being.

As you may know, we have been developing an online course, "Learning Stress Shifter Skills to be more Calm, Centered and Creative" that we will release in January.   We would like to encourage you to watch the 1.5 minute excerpt "The ABC of Stress Shifting" from the course in this newsletter to give you a sense of the valuable material that teaches life-changing stress shifting skills. I want to bring to your attention that we are offering a 40% discount on the Course over the Black Friday weekend.  (see the coupon below to get your discount)

There are many tips and relevant articles on common stressors we all face over the Holidays such as "Holiday Eating," "Gift Giving," and even "Handling Holiday Depression."   Lindsay Leimbach will also be hosting two Facebook live sessions in the next 2 weeks on "How to turn Holiday Stress into an Opportunity to Learn and Grow,"  "Mindful Eating," and "How to Deal with Family Stressful Triggers."  I encourage you to attend live, or catch them on our Facebook page afterwards.  (see the Details below)

In October, we did a webinar that covered "Six Stress Shifting Skills" that you might find helpful to employ over the Holidays.  We have now made this webinar available on demand so that you can watch it anytime that is convenient for you.     Click Here to Watch the Webinar.

So, enjoy this newsletter, and don't forget to Download this Month's Stress Shifter Calendar.

Happy Holidays, and I hope you'll consider joining us in the New Year in the "Stress Shifter Skills Course" to start 2020 off right by learning new ways to reduce your stress and be more calm, centered and productive.
