Dear Friend of Stress Shifter,

Welcome to our Stress Shifter December Newsletter. This month the newsletter is on facing and shifting holiday stressors.   First of all, I want to wish everyone a Happy Holiday season.   In the U.S we just celebrated Thanksgiving, which is meant to be a time to acknowledge what we are grateful for.   We are grateful for your interest in Stress Shifter and improving your well-being.

As you may know, we have been developing an online course, "Learning Stress Shifter Skills to be more Calm, Centered and Creative" that we will release in January.   We would like to encourage you to watch the 1.5 minute excerpt "The ABC of Stress Shifting" from the course in this newsletter to give you a sense of the valuable material that teaches life-changing stress shifting skills.
